The History of The Jules Touch
Hi, I'm Julie and I started The Jules Touch after arranging my own wedding. I had set myself a budget and
after paying out for the dress, shoes, flowers the pot was getting very low so when I started looking for my
tiara I was really shocked at how much they were and that wasn't including my Bridesmaids.
I knew that I wasn't the only one experiencing the harsh cost of the little finishing touches, a lot of other
Brides I spoke to said that it was these little bits that add up.
I started looking around for Tiaras & Combs that looked beautiful but didn't cost the earth. It is an expensive
time for all concerned and a lot of what the Bride wears will only be worn the once, so you don't want to
spend hundreds just to wear it one day and then box away, but then again you want the finishing touches to
be just right.
The tiara's that I sell are at a fraction of what the Bridal Shops sell them for but are still of the same high
quality but more affordable. They are not gold or silver but plated to look like the real thing, this keeps the
cost down and so you, the Bride, make the saving. I have a wide range of styles and colours and these are
purchased from the UK, USA and Australia. I am also looking for new and exciting styles and if there is a
particular tiara you want then let me know and I will try and find it for you.
What we sell
I have a wide range of tiaras and I am always adding to my range. I have a range called "Little Princess's"; I
found that more and more Brides have the little Flower Girls and wanted them in tiaras as well but most
tiaras are too big for the under 10's, so I have a range that is suitable for the little ones from 4 years upwards.
I am always trying to add to my ranges so that the Bride and her Bridesmaids have a wide choice to choose
from.
I began making tiaras, combs and Alice Bands. The handmade tiaras are individually handcrafted by myself
using gold and silver plated wires and tiara bands with genuine Swarovski Crystals and Pearls. There is a
colour scheme on my website for you to choose your designed coloured crystals and pearls for your tiaras.
This will help in matching your tiaras and headdresses to your own colour scheme.
Also, I make feather fascinators, wedding guests seem to love wearing these feathered combs instead of a hat
- well they won't blow off in the wind or spoil the hairstyle when they take the hat off!
I then have a range of Photo Frames, Wedding Albums and Guest Books. Again, these are expensive on the
High Street and I struggled to find reasonable priced Wedding Album to put the copies of photo's in that my
wedding guests took. The Wedding Albums hold either 4" x 6" or 5" x 7" photos and hold various quantities.
I am always adding new designs to my range. The Photo Frames, are mainly silver plated and are either
satin finish or mirrored. I have various designs and again sizes differ from the small 3" x 3" size to the 8" x 10"
size. Again, new designs are added regularly. These make a lovely wedding gift for the happy couple.
I also have a few Guest Books, these are becoming very popular and just like the wedding album, these
record the messages that your family and friends write about your wedding day and it is lovely to look back
and read.
